When a new Task Report Template is created, the Task Report Template’s Project Layout and Tasks Layout will contain all the active Custom Fields defined in Project or Task Specification of the Template on which the Task Report Template is based.
To create a Report Template, follow these steps:
Click on the “Reports” tab located at the top of the Project Drive user interface.
Click on the “Create
a new report” button located in the toolbar below the “Reports” small tab.
This will open a new the Tasks Report Template Wizard.
In the first step of the wizard, select the Template on which to base this new Task Report Template.
Press the "Next" button.
In the second step of the wizard,
Enter the title of the new Task Report Template.
Select the type of the new Task Report Template.
Select the Task Custom Field Sections to include in the new Task Report Template.
Press the “Finish” button.
Make any desired changes to the Task Report Template’s Layout and to its private/public status.
Click on the "Save"
button.
